This eDesign Service is perfect for creating an entirely new space in any single room of the house including furniture, accessories, lighting and art. Great for a complete update or if you’ve just moved into a new space. Perhaps you are finally ready to remodel a bathroom, kitchen or lower level.  Once you have returned your questionnaire, you will receive 1 initial concept board (visual display of product selections in a hybrid 3D and 2D presentation so that you can easily understand how your design will look in your home (1 concept board per room). One complimentary round of revisions (if required), to a maximum of 5 products per room is included.  Additional revisions are subject to fee of $125/hr.  Your eDesign includes 1 floor plan and furniture plan layout, and 1 “Shop the Look” list including all furniture, fixtures & (accessories selections up to 8 items) with direct clickable links to each product including cabinetry if needed. Park Place Interiors will source all products needed to complete your entirely new space and handle all of the delivery arrangements for you.   A 3D Photorealistic Rendering with 3 views will provide you with a visualization tool and assist you in making product purchases. Includes a complimentary revision and direct communication with your e-designer.  This service allows you to have a professional designer working directly for you~virtually!
