Return Policy

Our goal at Park Place Interiors is for you to have an enjoyable and easy purchasing experience. We want to ensure that you love your item before you purchase it. To avoid the pitfalls of making errors and returns, we offer help with dimensions/placement, fabric samples, and 35 years of design expertise, which means we will try our best to help you avoid any mistakes! We also work with receivers in your area to assure that your product gets to you without damage.

For these reasons listed above, it is very unlikely that you will receive damaged goods or need to return anything.

Any request for returns will be dealt with on a individual basis within 24 hours of receiving your product. Potential return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility along with a 25% restocking fee. The item must be in original packaging and perfect condition.
