Our goal at Park Place Interiors is for you to have an enjoyable and easy purchasing experience. We want to ensure that you love your item the first time you purchase it. To avoid the pitfalls of making errors and returns, we offer help with sizing, fabric samples, and more! If for some reason you need to return your products, please see our return policy.
If you receive your item and still think it’s not the perfect fit, you can return your item for a full refund within 15 days. We’ll accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and with the original tags still intact. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility and the item must be in original packaging and perfect condition.
If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within five days of ordering your item to receive a refund.
We do not offer returns on clearance items, special order furniture or personalized items.
If your item is damaged, contact email@example.com and we will work as fast as possible to get you a new item with no cost to you.
