The grand scale of home was extremely dramatic but in need of an updated traditional elegant farmhouse look.  My team and I decided it was the flooring and stair railing that kept this 1980’s home from appealing to a youthful buyer down the road.  The scope of this remodel included new furnishings to compliment the homeowners family antiques and to surround the room in light, sun, and a pops of purple color.  We started with the crown molding and worked our way down to the wide plank dark stained oak flooring.  A stunning crystal chandelier was the final touch.  A new family has recently purchased this Westlake, Ohio traditional and modern home and will hopefully love it for years to come!
