Many hours of planning is paying off now that this master ensuite is taken out of the 1980’s straight into 2017! The end result was worth it! Reusing the garden tub and painting the existing vanity cabinet saved the homeowners a considerable amount of money. This allowed the budget for a coordinating custom upper cabinet to be added, the shower to be expanded to a walk-in with no glass door to clean, and the walls to be smoothed for paint. The porcelain tile by Emser was expertly laid according to our specifications and the fixtures are now upgraded using Toto in the chrome finish to provide just enough sparkle. One last detail was painting all the existing oak trim using Sherwin Williams Dover White to create an even more updated sense of luxury. See more of this remodeling project on Houzz.
